Bookings need to done in advanced. There is no service desk. Confirmations are sent by text to your mobile which has room number, Front door entry code and room entry code. Room and Bathroom was very large. Laundry available but didn't use. Vending machine in foyer, has snacks, drinks and laundry detergent available for purchase. Bar fridge contained a small longlife milk for making a tea or coffee.
Room was fine but they gave us the wrong code on the door. I called the number and instead of fixing the issue they just repeatedly insisted the code was correct when it absolutely wasn't. After being locked out for so long finally had to have another guests let us in. Room was fine but be careful here there is a real chance you will be locked out and no one on site to assist
The place was great,easy parking,easy to access,quiet,room was spacious,nice large bed. Until the AC is turned on,can’t adjust it at all,preset on 19 degrees and fan flat out so it sounds like a helicopter. We won’t be back unless the AC issue is sorted.Needs to be adjustable,like any other motel.We usually set them on 23 degrees,and low fan so it is quiet,impossible here.
