Solid 5-star hotel with attentive staff and fine accoutrements. Turn down service with chocolates, tea and coffee in room accompanied by snacks, and luxury bath. Shower was tiny, but effective. Near Bank station and short walk to river and Tower.

I've stated a number of Autograph Collection Hotels and this one is right up there in terms of location and hotel quality BUT in terms of service its the worst I've experienced. Every question or discussion with the front desk felt like a battle and begin gaslit. The final straw was when they quietly put a $70 daily gratuity charge on the that I somehow had agreed to. I am ok to pay the gratuity if warranted. When I enquired about it I was told it was for all the services provided....I ask to have it removed and it was a long painful process. If a higher end hotel in London is your goal...pick somewhere else!

Room on the mezzanine floor. 016. Booked well in advance and expecting a great room in a great hotel for 665 pounds per night. What I got is a room that you give to people you don’t like, a window facing a wall with piping and emissions from the HVAC system. The air conditioning is not well maintained, it’s indicating that the filter needs to be cleaned. This is not only poor maintenance maintenance, but also something that can easily cause health issues if not done for a long time. We all can imagine what accumulates in such filters And what happens then. This is a complete rip off, for sure at this price point, there is loads of hotels, offering way better service, fantastic rooms, and everything you would expect from a hotel that belongs to Marriott. Unfortunately, this wrong and this hotel is completely the opposite.
