Peaceful place with great view and great accommodation. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the food is simply splendid. I had a great stay and would come back soon
Stopped here on our way from Quy Nhon to Dalat...got rained out and in the dark so found this along the way. Good service, VERY comfy bed, great foood for good price; breakfast included and was yummy - got upgraded to superior suit for same price, and staff very friendly. Only a little more expensive that we wanted to spend but did the trick for what we needed in the night.
I spent here with my family for 2 night & 3 days. Frankly speaking, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. At First day, there was good hospitality from a receptionist who seemed like only one person who worked there. She was so nice to me. But at second day, when I got back to hotel, my key didn’t work at all and I requested for receptionist to open my room. As soon as entering my room, I noticed that my room didn’t get a make-up service at all. The receptionist told “I am sorry, I will call house-keepers” At that time is around 9:00 p.m. We were so tired from DA LAT tour. Room cleaning at such a late night is so annoying. At that night, all we wanted was changing towels, and we thought there might be an official apology from manager who is responsible. But nothing. The next morning, I waked up at late morning and went to the same restaurant that I went at first day for breakfast. But some worker said “restaurant was changed, sir”, I said “Then, why didn’t you tell me”. The man said same thing “restaurant was changed, sir”. No apology, again! Finally, when checking out, some receptionist wanted me some charge for extra bed and I said “First day, one receptionist said I could use extra bed for free. Maybe, there are some misunderstandings about the charge. We repeated same word again and again, I was getting angry and I mentioned about not cleaning my room, Then the receptionist said “Do you want ‘discount’? then we will make the housekeeper charged”. Also, there was no apology. Actually the amount of extra charge was not that much. What made me feel bad is general attitude toward to me. The service I got from the hotel was so poor, compared with the expensive room charge.
