Ti Al Lannec Hotel Restaurant & Spa

Where to even begin... This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, including the mascot Malcom, a gorgeous gigantic dog. Ti Al Lannec makes one feel like they have been transported to days past, where personalized experience and luxury were abundant in a hotel sejour, and a holiday truly felt like a time to relax and recharge rather than a time to catch up on emails and instagram. My fiancé and I loved this hotel so much. Our terrace room was fabulous, well appointed with beautiful antique furniture, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. The terrace view was impeccable, and the lounge set very comfortable. We loved it. Every room in the common/lobby area was perfect- old school yet luxurious and cozy, with wonderful views for both breakfast and dinner. Speaking of breakfast and dinner....OMG! The dinners here are insane. Highly recommend the Lobster 3 ways set menu, but honestly everything we tried was fabulous. After our trip here we stayed at the Crillon in Paris, and I have to say we enjoyed the food at Ti Al Lannec exponentially more. The cheese selection is to die for! The bar tender is awesome and a master of his craft, aperitif here is a must :) Everyone on the hotel staff is absolutely lovely. If you are looking for a super modern, impersonal hotel, this is not for you. If you want to feel like you are truly disconnected, immersed in Bretagne culture, and surrounded by beauty and ambiance, then this is the place for you! We just loved it so much we are already plotting our return for next summer. Thank you for everything!!!!

Highlights: the views, the pool, the breakfast and the friendly and very helpful staff. Nicely removed from the busyness of the beach front, but still with easy walk access down the hill if Sandy beach is wanted. A classic hotel experience run by a family which gives it that extra level of welcome. I do suggest an evening meal in their restaurant as it was SO very well prepared and presented. The added unexpected bonus was the quality of breakfast (and breakfast staff) Included everything from eggs to fresh fruit and most things in between. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options. The view from the breakfast room was a great way to start the day. Make sure you say Hi to Malcolm, the beautiful, gentle 'hotel dog'

We absolutely loved Ti Al Lannec. We were a family of 4 staying in the Suite Aristide with a big balcony overlooking the sea. We were there 5 days but could have spent a week just exploring all the hotel’s nooks & crannies. I loved the maritime/old world theme. There is a formality to the place that may not be for everyone but which I really enjoyed. We only used the restaurant once but it was exceptional and the service throughout was attentive. The only issue we had is the hotel isn’t really set up for electronics - the WiFi was down for our entire stay and we had a hard time finding consistent electricity in the room for charging phones etc - my guess, 95% of the clientele don’t care about any of that. Trebeurden is a cute little town and there are lots of other towns/hikes/islands to explore in the area. NB: the weather in northern Brittany is highly variable - we were there late June/early July and it was quite cold.
