They are the remarkable hotel that offered a perfect harmony of sleek architectural design, thoughtful interiors, and a sense of serenity amidst the city’s bustle. The room was spacious, tastefully minimalist, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was plush and restful, and the sweeping city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows added a refreshing sense of openness. The warm lighting and the carefully chosen furnitures balanced elegance with ease. The bathroom and bathing area were particularly impressive, with clean dark stone finishes, a deep soaking tub, and high-end fixtures. The Japanese-style toilet and well-organized amenities further reflected the hotel’s attention to comfort and modernity. At night, the building glowed beautifully, and the public spaces, including a stunning water feature with a large artistic pendant light, created a calm and almost meditative ambiance😍
We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times have been very positive. The hotel is located right in front of the subway, and there is a konbini across the street. The staff are very professional and ready to assist. The rooms are spacious with a very modern shower. The gym is one of the best gyms I’ve come across at any hotels, with new and high end equipments. They even have protein milk in a fridge inside the gyms! I always recommend this hotel for those who want to stay at Nagoya.
Love the location. Room hardware was great too. Would be nice if the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are not in small bottles, feels wrong to use so many bottles for our stay. Not a small kid friendly hotel, no cribs nor any amenities for the little ones. But that’s something we had expected. The whole reservation system with the wellness center seems a bit odd. Also it’s limited to 90 minutes. It’s enough for my use though. Amazing pool by the way. The personal amenities are packed in paper boxes. I always use the cotton pad in hotel rooms, but since it’s packed with hairband and q-tip, I am producing extra waste unnecessarily each day… would be nice if they are packed separately. Good selection at breakfast, but would have been nice to have more Japanese food options. I would have preferred white rice to the clam rice. While checking out, the front desk staff first thought our car was parked at the hotel, we said no we only parked there on our second night stay (we stayed for 4 nights). Later on she said so you parked here for the first two nights which we went on to explain again it was not true. She made another call to clarify which she then told us okay now you only need to pay for one night. In the process no apology for the mix up, not to mention the whole time she made us feel that we had been lying and charging us one night was more like a favour. It was really unpleasant. It’s a shame that our whole stay was really lovely but only to end it up this way. Would suggest you get your staff some extra training for situations like this. Don’t just “assume” it’s the fault of the guests!
