Tian Yi International Hotel

I want to thank specially to Rachana working at the front desk who helped me on my stay at this hotel. Very nice person and always ready to help. She could speak good english and helped me with all I needed because other staff of the hotel can not speak english. Regarding the rooms were clean and nice but the cleaning lady was not too accurate and left some coffee stains without cleaning. About the food, the restaurant its not bad (only chinese food medium quality) but for breakfast is horrible. Its only chinese food, no possible to have a black coffee (they have a pre mixed coffee with milk in a big tank) and they have an add saying they have occidental breakfast ITS NOT TRUE.

Overall could be better based on prices, we moved to another hotel that had much more amenities. If you’re here on business then sure enough, hated the fact people smoked around the building and lifts always smelled of smoke.

During my three-night stay at this hotel, I faced some problems. When I arrived, they gave me a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. The room looked nice, but the bathroom smelled like pee, possibly due to a leak. The reception service was disorganized and unhelpful. They gave me the wrong key card, so I couldn't get into my room on the 10th floor. The staff at the reception couldn't speak English well, only Chinese. The breakfast was disappointing, with only Chinese food available. Despite its name, the hotel felt more like a Chinese hotel in Cambodia than an international one. Overall, my stay was not very pleasant due to these issues.
