Tianrun Fullregal International Hotel

The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Tianfu Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, follow the signs and choose "Group Bus" to go down to the first floor, where you'll find a yellow shuttle bus that takes guests to the hotel for free. I arrived around noon, and there was a bus picking up guests at around 1:50 PM. The bus was clean and had comfortable seating. The hotel is part of a large complex with several buildings. The reception area is beautiful and very spacious. After checking in, an electric cart will take you to your room. I stayed in the Boutique Building, which was excellent — the room was spacious and very clean. There are restaurants around the area. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and friendly.

You can easily reach this hotel using the shuttle bus service directly from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport. Simply follow the "Group Bus" signs to the first floor. The large yellow shuttle bus, clearly labeled in English, is easy to spot. It departs every hour from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is splendid—comfortable, and well-equipped with various services. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a wide range of amenities. You can check in with just a small bag, as they provide essentials such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower cap, a hairdryer, and many more. Each room also includes a small refrigerator, drinking water, and tea bags. Although the hotel is located about 1.5 hours from the city center by bus, it is surrounded by excellent authentic Chinese restaurants and a supermarket where you can find almost anything you need. The breakfast is good with a variety of food options to suit different tastes. The only minor drawback is that the staff speaks little English. However, this wasn’t a problem for us as they tried to communicate using a translation app, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and warm-hearted, making our stay enjoyable, memorable, and truly perfect.

I stayed at the Tianfu International Hotel Complex near Chengdu Tianfu Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Service was generally good, with polite staff and a smooth check-in, though the hotel layout is confusing; it's a massive complex with multiple buildings and minimal signage, so finding your way can be frustrating. Breakfast was decent but overcrowded, especially with tour groups, and some amenities felt understaffed. Still, for a short stay or layover, it offers great value and comfort — just be prepared to walk a bit and clarify building info ahead of time.
