Hotel location is perfect, room is spacious and fully equipped. Room is clean and new. Highly recommended hotel.

Very good Hotel Tianyu I like this hotel very clean good food to eat

Stayed for seven days last week. Staff were very helpful especially in getting Didi (local Grab/Uber). When checking in, tell them to get you a nonsmoking room (if you're a nonsmoker). They assigned me initially in a room for smokers. I think this has been common practice in most hotels. I remember, this also happened to me when I checked in a hotel in Shenzhen. Hotel is a bit old. Reception counter is cluttered. Breakfast is usual Chinese food. I opened the curtain to let sunshine in the room. T/B is so-so with hot and cold shower. Price is reasonable. Hotel is located near shops, malls, party place and three banks (Bank of China, Construction Bank, Merchant Bank and another one (forgot the name)) .
