Our experience here was the best! We stayed at a number if hotels on our trip and nothing compared to Tiara. The room, veiw and food were very good and the tea was spot on but most importantly the biggest difference we found, was the staff. Every hotel is welcoming but we actually felt like friends. We were sad to leave but we will definitely return!

A fantastic NEW option in Calicut for a comfortable stay! Calicut used to be monopolized by Raviz City Centre and Gateway by Taj, with unwanted spiking of pricing AND taking customers for granted(Gateway by Taj has not done a renovation for years!). With NEW hotels like Tiara and Gokul Grand coming up on Mavoor Road (the main road leading to the City Centre), we now have much better options in Calicut and most importantly, the pricing is very competitive now. Tiara by MPS was a revelation in many ways. Centrally located, updated & trendy interiors, clean rooms & bathrooms, updated linen & bath towels, FANTASTIC breakfast, LOTS of parking and well trained personnel! Absolute Value-for-Money and makes your Calicut trip most relaxing. A shout out to Ms.Aditya/ FO, Mr.Falaah / F & B, Mr.Saider Ali / Moetheen's Chaaya Kada. Great team members and well trained. Falaah is a super star ready for the next level! The breakfast is outstanding with enough local, Indian and continental options including Pazham Kanji with accompaniments and very tasty curries. Special mention of the Management initiative to reduce Carbon footprint :- Overall, a wonderful stay and kudos to the Management for taking the initiative to have their own water Bottling plant within the hotel premises, whereby drinking water is allocated to each room in two glass bottles. SO MUCH of plastic waste is saved by just this wonderful initiative(Imagine a full house for 30 days and imagine the amount of plastic bottles being thrown as waste after consumption). Hearty congratulations to the Management for this blissful initiative! Probably, the ONLY hotel in Calicut doing this. Highly recommended hotel.

Not a five star property as was being told. Staff is warm and professional. Had the breakfast in the morning. It was good. The inclusion of local cuisine was a nice touch. The property is new, hence the room felt to be ok. But there is no provision of exhaust in the washroom, leading to a lingering unwanted smell. The dining area is too small and has been stitched together with whatever space is available. The tiles in the parking space is already coming off and misaligned. The drive from parking space to the lobby is too steep for a comfortable drive, again indicating a 'make do' with whatever is available.
