OZGE, SARDAL and SELVA on the front desk were super helpful, I/WE wanted to go up to the ski resort but the cable car was not running due to maintenance. they rung round their friends to ask if it was possible to drive up. it was , we spent a very memorable cold day 16,000 feet in the mountains thanks to these 3 very helpful, polite friendlt smiley persons thank you
An Exceptional Experience at Hotel Tiara – Thank You, Selva and Team! I had an unforgettable experience at Hotel Tiara in Bursa, Türkiye. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and full of thoughtful details that made a real difference. I especially want to highlight Selva at the front desk. Her kindness, efficiency, and constant smile made every situation easy to resolve. She has natural leadership qualities, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys her work. Selva is a true example of Turkish hospitality, and her positive attitude elevates the hotel’s service to a higher level. I also want to thank Emre, who once went out of his way—literally leaving the hotel—to accompany me to an ATM. That kind of gesture shows a deep commitment to guest care. And I must mention Zeynep, the young waitress at the restaurant, who always served with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. Her service was impeccable and heartfelt throughout my stay. As a visitor from Puerto Rico, I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend Hotel Tiara. It is a place that stands out because of its people, its service, and its dedication to excellence. The TV was without signal, so no channels could be watched. The A/C had a seriously bad performance, so it was too hot. The remote was filthy as you can see from the picture. The kettle had to be placed on the floor as it's cable was too short to reach the socket. The bedside switch was out of order so one had to stand up to switch off the main light. There was only one socket, so it was either the bedside lamp or your phone charger!
