The place is beautiful: it's modern and bright. Plus, the service is awesome: everyone's smiling and super helpful. The rooms are great, but the pillows could use a change. They' are kind of hard and lumpy.I also noticed a foul smell coming from the bathroom when entering my room on the 8th floor that eventually disappeared.. A bit disappointed since they only offer cable TV in the room and no possibility of streaming TV. But definitely enjoyed watching those old shows and series from the 80sThere is always something positive, isn't? ✨😊

The hotel is in an ideal location for shopping and access to a beach club. Staff members are courteous and attend to your needs and requests, and a special mention of one of the managers, Henri, who was always very attentive. However, the hotel building itself is another story. From the outside, the building is pleasing to the eyes. However, upon entering our room (808), there was a foul smell from the washroom. The general appearance was good. However, the door to the shower creaked loudly, the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower head started leaking, and it needed to be changed during our stay. It is clear the hotel has old plumbing that was given a face-lift. Being on an all-inclusive package, it was expected that all drinks, etc. would be included. However, we were given a very limited menu with some very inconsistent bartenders, and although the breakfast was good, the lunch and dinner food were very limited, and some items were not very tasty. The hotel lacked any entertainment or activities and even closed off their beach club access unexpectedly for a private event. The pool hours left more to be desired as it closed off at 6 pm. Overall, the stay there was a 2/5, and I have been generous with the ratings because of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel grounds.

Stayed 6 nights. Despite having tell them my toilet is leaking and it’s soaking the entire bathroom and I’m having to use a towel they didn’t care about it. They were only interested and adamant in upgrading me to a much more costly room. As a foreigner it was very disgusting of their behaviour so I would say if you are travelling from overseas don’t use them they only care about your money and not a hotel service. Staff speak very little or next to zero English. I was only stuck by this as it was new years and I felt I wasted my money for the last 6 days at the hotel. The room was a tiny box room and needed some TLC. I wish I could have got the opportunity to speak to the higher management and given them some advice as I travel the world and the standard this hotel provides was very poor. 1 star hotel and don’t expect the rooms to be brilliant you are paying allot just for a nice pool and gym but the room experience terrible. It’s my second time staying here and previously it was better but it’s gone down the drain and I wouldn’t return to this hotel to stay when I come back.
