A truly beautiful afternoon tea. Upgraded to champagne and so glad we did ~ it’s delicious. Seated in the Bloomsbury Room with gorgeous views, we were made welcome and were very well looked after by the lovely staff. The food was served on exquisite hand painted china with a matching tea set for the choice of tea. Everything was delicious and we had several fresh pots of tea offered to us ~ we did not feel rushed at any point. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you all for making it so special.

This is a very charming place with beautifully prepared and presented dishes. It has become a special place to us as a family as we have celebrated many birthdays, anniversary and work successes here over many years. The loyal team here have never let us down. A very treasured place.

We had our wedding here recently and it was, without a doubt, the most perfect day we could have hoped for. From the very beginning, the support we received from the venue team was incredible—always kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that made us feel completely at ease. The venue itself was absolutely immaculate. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, whether guests were staying overnight or just there for the celebration. So many of our guests commented on how stunning and well-kept everything was—it really added to the atmosphere. The food was also a real highlight—absolutely delicious and beautifully served. We had so many guests raving about it, which just made the whole day feel that much more special. Another thing that really stood out was how seamlessly the venue team worked with our third-party suppliers—our cake maker, florist, DJ, and more. Everything just came together so effortlessly behind the scenes, and we never had to worry about a thing. It was clear that they had great communication and a real attention to detail. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping create such a joyful, relaxed, and unforgettable day.
