TOPS’L Tides 704 - The condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The entire building was clean and well maintained. The condo was comfortable and easily fit a group of 6. Loved the location on the beach and views of the beach from the balcony. Lots of amenities within the resort and great location near shopping and dining. Would definitely book this again!

Amazing resort!! Tucked all the way in the back of the Topsl resort, the Tides did NOT disappoint! We stayed in room 304 and the view speak for itself. Friendly staff to make check in smooth, and always a message away. If you’ve ever been to the Destin area, you know that the public beaches are PACKED! Topsl has private beach access so you ever have to worry about that. Awesome gulf side pool, and food bar. Definitely recommend for an amazing getaway!

We stayed in Unit 802 and it was spacious, had everything we needed, but could use just a little updating. I would stay in this unit again however, I will never stay at tops'l again. The beaches were entirely too crowded and the beach chair situation is an absolute racket with the company they allow to handle the rentals. They crammed 4 rows of chairs and then we rented 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas and they charged us an automatic 20% gratuity because they said they had to set them up differently which was a lie. We had to ask every single morning for them to put us together. When we didn't tip them after already paying a 20% gratuity, they purposely placed our chairs as far away as they could at the far end of the other building we were staying at just to be prics. Again, this unit was great and Tops'l overall is very nice and family oriented but unless you enjoy being packed on the beach, I would stay away.
