Spacious rooms, very nice swimming pools and great restaurant. Only complaints were a guy blowing leafs at 9am, and loud neighbors.

Excellent hotel. Very good breakfast spread.

DO NOT stay here if you enjoy your sleep. This is painful to write, as I have personally worked in 4 & 5 star hotels for years, and I never leave bad reviews unless it's terrible. I was genuinely shocked at the level on unprofessionalism from the staff. I was woken up at 1.35am to loud and incessant banging on the door, when the reception incorrectly tried to deliver an item to our room??. I talked to the staff about this the next morning, they took no accountability and blamed it on a guest telling them the wrong room number for the item - as if it's the guests fault - not thiers. The first thing reception SHOULD do when a guest calls is write down thier room number, as guests often confuse thier room numbers. No real apology, no offer for a remedy either which was bizarre - they just didnt care that they ruined our nights sleep and that we were leaving upset.. Then at the resteraunt, the first thing the waiter said is we wouldn't have seated you guys if we didn't have a big group coming in half an hour, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable and like they didn't want us to be there. He then told another family that arrived 5mins later, that thier meal order was too little for them & thier child and completely changed it for them, causing them to argue, then he told them that it was too much food! A very weird move from a waiter, and all around highly unprofessional. I will not be going back. However to be fair the room was nice , large and well appointed aside from average pillows.
