This was without doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels set in one of the most magical places in the world. The architecture was stunning, the staff were so warm and attentive, the food was delicious and the cocktail program was on point! The outings are varied and guides were informative and made the treks even more fun. After an exhausting day of hiking, relaxing in the gorgeous pool followed by sauna and then cocktails and a wonderful meal is my idea of heaven. Only small wish list item is that it would have been nice to have a horse riding trip or a mountain biking trip as a variation to the hike.
This place is phenomenal. The food and service are excellent. It is so organized for the perfect trip and enjoying Torres del Paine. The guides are excellent and super friendly and knowledgeable. Could not recommend enough. Shout out to Kineret for making our trip 11/10.
Architecturally stunning, breathtaking views, the best service by far on our month-long trip staying in similar places in Argentinan and Chilean Patagonia. Food was excellent (delicious breakfast, best duck confit I've ever had, I could go on ...). Definitely 5 stars.
