The tub never worked… didn’t even fill out at the middle… so waste of water and time… they said they made us n upgrade “ “ because we request a 2 bed, they gave us one… not a problem but they gave us a bat that doesn’t work… also the elevators are scary they need 10 cents every time to work 😅 they will give you coins… but not very convenient. Is a good choice if you find it in less that 80 euros 😰 they charge as all of them extra tax at your arrival

Recently stayed here, first time in Naples. On reflection the price should have made me question the quality of the hotel, but as we were mainly taking day trips and not spending all our time in the room, it felt reasonable. Pros; -Location in relation to our itinerary was very good - Location to shops, transport and restaurants was good too - Air con was great - Good wifi - Easy to find and access, lift (paid but coins provided) - Big space, nice to have separate rooms and two toilets (with toilet seats as these seem rare in Naples!!) Cons; - Poor quality towels and scratchy bedding with stains and holes, even when given fresh towels we had stains - General cleanliness and hygiene was questionable - Housekeeping seemed just to empty bins, make beds and change towels, not actually clean anywhere - Drain flies and ants in both bathrooms everyday (LOTS, management did nothing and said it’s normal, it’s not) - Poor quality bed in the second bedroom, very very noisy, which resulted in one of us sleeping on the sofa bed which also wasn’t great -Generally shabby interior which looks unclean and uncared for - Poorly thought out layout and lack of fixtures. No hooks to hang wet towels, no shelving, randomly placed broken bath in the hallway, no suitable implements or space to prepare food despite having a kitchen I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it either. It served a purpose for our stay, but generally I’d say avoid.

By far, the worst place to stay in the city. They gave me a broken key and now are trying to scam me telling me they are going to demand me. It’s unbelievable. Be careful because they have a urgency number that they NEVER answer. Totally unprofessional
