Tigerland Safari A Lemon Tree Resort Chitwan Nepal

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here. All the team were very attentive and they went out of their way to give us the best wildlife viewing opportunities. Definitely benefitted from having 2 days to explore chitwan rather than one.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The highlight was the top-notch Thakali food—a must-try for anyone craving the best Thakali set in Chitwan, Kasara. Comfortable rooms and incredible dining make it worth every visit!

I recently stayed at this resort and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The real low point was dealing with the so called "manager," Mr. Chintamani. I’ve never encountered a manager as uninterested in resolving issues as he was. He barely acknowledged me and made it clear that my issue was not his problem. For a resort of this caliber, the service was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value quality customer service and care for your experience. It's a shame because the property itself has potential, but the management is a major letdown.
