Tigran Mets Hotel

The hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff is out of this world. They will do everything for you to feel comfortable. During our stay, one of them went with us on a trip to Khor Virap as a guide...on his day off after a night shift! Yuri, thanks again for a beautiful trip! The location (approx. 300m from the Republic Square) is amazing. Very walkable distances to a lot of places in Yerevan! Enjoyed our week there A LOT!

It was a huge discount on bookingcom and i understand why. Its literally impossible to ask the original price for this hotel. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The size of the room and bathroom is good. But it definitely needs to be renovated. The walls are all dirty. The bathroom is clean-ish. The bed is clean. But they only use one sheet which moves while sleeping\turning around so you lay down at the mattress which I don't find very comfortable and hygienic. There are constructions going on but in the evening and night you don't notice this. I stayed in room 302 and I felt and heard the metro but it's not annoying. (And I'm sensitive to sounds). The breakfast is terrible. It's included the price but I still went outside to get something. Overall I wouldn't stay here again and they need to do a lot of renovation to make it a good hotel again.

First: there is no parking. It is a tiny alley between the hotel and the construction side with max space for like 4/5 cars and not very safe (especially if you have a rental car). We reached and they tell us that our room was under renovation so they gave us a better one: an absolute joke, we booked a studio and they put us the first night in a tiny dark room on the ground floor with bugs and spiders (not very clean) and we could not sleep because being next to the reception, people were screaming at 2 am. Yes, the staff is kind but still we find out that the issues was that they gave our room to someone else. Breakfast was depressing, we had to have it outside. We managed to get to our booked room the night after: door was not very functioning and the shower curtain was dirty, I’ll just say this. The only positive thing was the location. The people putting the positive reviews I don’t know how they could.
