Basic facilities in the room but overall nice place to stay (pool etc). Quiet at night ! Good communication with the owner.

When we arrived i was very nauseated from so many curves on the drive to get there. If you want to be in middle of no where, this is right for you. No signal . We wanted to use the pool but it was closed because it was in poor condition as you see in the photos. When we spoke to the owners asking why was the pool closed , the wife was nice but the owner was very rude. He invited us to leave, so we did. He told us he would refund us the 3 nights we paid and he never did. I don't recommend this place. It's not nice , you get what you pay for. I hope this review will keep them from stealing your 200€ too

A nightmare with a paradise facade: a warning to anyone thinking of renting this house They rented this house to us for a long time, promising us peace, nature, and stability to start a new life as a family. For the first few months, everything seemed like a dream, but over time, the owners' true colors were revealed: unscrupulous, manipulative, and utterly dark souls. They began to harass us constantly, entering the house without permission when we weren't there, inventing absurd excuses to control us, create fear, and destroy any semblance of privacy. The environment they promised as peaceful turned into an emotional prison, where harassment and threats were the order of the day. Their goal was clear: to evict us as soon as an opportunity to make more money presented itself. When the volcano erupted and tourists arrived, attracted by the natural disaster, they saw the perfect opportunity. They evicted us in a sneaky manner, lying to us, and only then did we discover that our contract was never in order despite their insurance and the paperwork they had given us. They took advantage of our foreign status and our good faith to illegally profit, even using as an excuse a supposed personal tragedy that never happened. The most repugnant thing was their cruel behavior toward our cats. They psychologically harassed us and forced us to flee in the midst of a volcanic emergency, abandoning our belongings, work, and dreams. Indeed, this last thing was unimaginable given the treatment meted out to their own pets. To top it all off, just a few months before evicting us, they had already pasted the "vacation home" sticker on the door. It was all a despicable and premeditated strategy that violated any legal norms. These people should not be allowed to rent out even one more room. What they are doing is not tourism or hospitality; it is exploitation, abuse, and fraud. They deserve an exemplary sanction and the revocation of any rental license. Karma exists, and we trust that one day they will pay for the damage caused. May no one else fall into this trap, disguised as a rural vacation home, behind which lies only dishonest and unworthy profit.
