5 stars for this hotel! Everything was perfect! The place is absolutely stunning and peaceful, with beautiful outdoor areas, two swimming pools, and direct access to a private beach. Everything was just flawless. The breakfast is very generous and varied, and the service is perfect. A special mention to Suri, who was always smiling and incredibly attentive. I will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic experience at the beach restaurant of the hotel, thanks to the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great time. However, Agus truly stood out with his outstanding service—always attentive, friendly, and with a warm smile. He made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, and our food and drinks arrived quickly. His welcoming attitude and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. From the very beginning, everything reflected their attention to detail — the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the comfort, and the high-quality service in every aspect. But what truly caught my attention and made my experience stand out was the way one of the restaurant staff members treated us — her name is Ayu, and she truly deserves all the appreciation and gratitude. She was the definition of elegance and kindness! From the moment you enter, she makes you feel surprisingly comfortable — like you’re a special guest. She’s always smiling, warmly welcoming everyone, and interacting in the most respectful and professional way. She checked on us regularly with genuine care, always asking politely if we needed anything, making sure every little detail was perfect. Her manners, the way she spoke, her attention — everything about her was just perfect. Honestly, her presence alone elevated the whole place. A staff member like her is truly a gem, and I really hope the management sees that and values her as the great example she is. Without a doubt, my decision to return to this hotel will be because of the beautiful experience I had with her. ❤️
