I recently stayed at this resort and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were very well maintained—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was absolutely delicious; a big shoutout to the chef for the amazing flavors and presentation. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service!
Very nice and spacious cottages, it's a new property apparently so all fittings are new, landscaping is still in progress, a quiet and serene retreat. Excellent staff and very good food. A point to note is that the restaurant is very understaffed, so breakfast begins only at 9 a.m., and the service is slow tho the available staff does its best to please. Swimming pool, recreation room, etc. are the attractions for young and old. As a group, we had a lovely weekend.
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience at the resort I recently visited, Overall, it wasn't the best stay, and l've definitely had better experiences at nearby places. Here's a quick rundown of my thoughts: 1. Location: The resort was pretty tricky to find. Not just me, but a few other guects struggled with the directions too, which was a bit frustrating. 2. Room Reality: On a positive note, the room looked exactly like the images we saw online, so no surprises there! 3. Security Issue: However, the room we were given had a lock that didn't work from the outside, 'wt ended up relying on CCTV footage for security when we left the room, which was a little unsettling. 4. Water Reality: Onc of the more unpleasant aspects was the water; it had a pretty bad smell at first. I ended up using bisleri water just to wash my face and brush my teeth. We arrived around 2:30 for lunch, but they suggested we switch our starters to chicken banjars instead of what we originally wanted. Surprisingly, the chicken banjars was good! On the flip side, we also tried the triple chicken schezwan, and it was not good. As for activities, they had some indoor games available, but we couldn't find any outdoor equipment at all. The place felt understaffed , so we struggled to got help with that. We even tried to grab some evening snacks, but once again, there was no one around to assist us. The dinner situation was a bit of a letdown. After placing our order, we ended up waiting around 1.5 to 2 hours for our food. It seemed like there was only one person handling the dinner service, while the resort was fully booked. We did speak to the owner about our experience, and he was really understanding. He even offered us some complimentary aamras, but still, it was frustrating to wait that long. Another thing to note is that room service wrt food wasn’t available, which was a bummer. When it come to breakfast, we were hoping to try some idli, but it was listed on the menu yet not arsilable. We ended up going for poha and egg Florentine instead, which were just okay. It felt like we had to compromise a bit on the food choices because of staff shortages. We were also charged 50rs for 10ra biscuit packet.
