We had the best stay at Tikitam. The staff were some of the kindest, friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across. They constantly went out of their way to make sure we were having a happy stay. The hotel is beautiful, situated on a massive garden, the rooms are so nice with super comfy beds and strong AC and the pool and private beach is really nice too. But perhaps the highlight here is the food - so delicious! They did a different themed night each night, and it was all amazing. If we ever come back we will definitely stay at Tikitam again!!

The best customer service I have had in any hotel around the world. Beautiful facilities. Great food. Solo female traveller- very safe. Half board option was amazing. Great menus with nightly theme. Gorgeous decor. Can’t fault a thing. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your response. However, everything you have explained to me now should have been clearly stated in advance on your Agoda page, website, or any other booking platform, especially on Agoda, since that is where most people first find and consider your hotel. It is very common and reasonable for potential guests to visit a hotel in person before making a booking, simply to see the facilities and ensure it meets their needs. In your case, there was no notice, no sign, and no indication on any platform that walk‑in visits to view the hotel or meet reception staff are not allowed without prior appointment. Instead of only telling me now to “contact first,” you should make this policy very clear on your online profiles so visitors do not waste their time, fuel, and effort traveling to your hotel only to be turned away. This is constructive feedback, and I hope you will consider adding such a notice to avoid disappointing other potential guests in the future.
