I had a great experience at Tilal Riyadh Hotel. The hotel is excellent — clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. All the facilities were great, from the lobby to the rooms and other amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Riyadh!
Beautiful place managed by professionals; kudos to Sultana at the front desk and Abdelalim looking after house keeping in my floor. Well done team! Coming from a rich background in 5 Star hospitality, I am pleased to see Saudi Arabia coming this far in terms of quality of service and properties.
We stayed here for two days. The place is beautifully decorated, and the staff were very friendly. The only issue we faced was that the valet service was quite slow. Our room was very clean, and check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. One strange thing was that the room had a washing machine but no iron, which was a bit inconvenient. I especially loved the lobby it was beautiful, and the atmosphere was amazing.
