I recently stayed at [Hotel tilia], and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for — including a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was excellent, close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City]. It offers great value for money and a very pleasant stay.
Rooms are ok, clean and tidy, but the breakfast is the worst thing in the hotel, if your looking for turkish food dont try it in the hotel especially the borek you ll hate it before trying it!
It is a 4star hotel but doesnt provide the services the same way. The rooms are very small. The sheets were not clean and wdre stained.The room service didnt clean the bathrooms properly. The basic requirements like tissues, dustbin, iron were not in the room. Even upon asking they said they dont have it. The TV didnt work, the kettle was rusty couldnt use it. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. Metro and tram station are a few steps away and also it is surrounded by many good restaurants. The hotel provides a decent breakfast. The wifi was really good.
