You can tell that this is a family-run hotel: very kind and forthcoming staff, attention to detail and general care. Generous wellness area with two saunas, steambath, infrared sauna and lots of resting space. Large outdoor natural pool.

We stayed in a newly renovated room, small but fine. Service at the restaurant was friendly and was easy to accommodate some gluten free options for me (careful celiacs, I didn’t asked about cross contamination). Skibus drives every 30 min or so, but it is a short drive to Fiss with the car. The best of all was the sauna and lounge area 😍

This place is only looking good on the pictures, because overall experience is quite disappointing. The manager is an arrogant girl that has no idea what hospitality is. Why are you in hospitality if you don’t like working with people? The restaurant is not working on Wednesdays, which begs a question- what are guests supposed to do then? Why would a hotel with a restaurant tell their clients that they have to go and arrange dinner in another place? There aren’t many restaurants around to start with and other hotels around are full, so good luck finding a table there. New rooms are looking nice, but have horrible noisy ventilation in them. The radiators for ski-boots are barely warm, so be ready for wet shoes every day. The only good thing there is the sauna, but that’s pretty much it. If you can avoid this place - do so.
