Tilya Resort Hotel

Great Hotel for it's Price, amazing slides on the pool, water is bit cold but kids enjoyed every moment. staff is friendly and customer oriented, rooms are clean, not too big but normal size. Breakfast below average. strongly recommend to stay for family vacations

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our needs. The amenities, including the swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, were a big plus. The location was perfect

I stayed at Tilya Resort Hotel for 5 nights, and while I’ve had the chance to experience hotels all over the world, this resort left me quite underwhelmed. The decor is average at best, nothing impressive, though not terrible either. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is acceptable—not spotless, but not bad. The breakfast buffet was one of the biggest disappointments. It was repetitive every single day with the same selection, lacking both variety and taste. Definitely far below what you’d expect from a resort of this size. Room service was even worse—always late and extremely stingy. Each day we were provided with only two tiny coffee sachets and two creamers, with no effort to offer more basic amenities. Overall, the hotel is lacking in essentials that most guests would reasonably expect. The front desk staff were another letdown. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, except for two staff members, Mustafa and Zeyad, who stood out as true professionals. They speak multiple languages (Turkish, English, and Arabic) and were genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the team did not match their standard. One particularly negative experience was when I politely asked the morning receptionist (a young Turkish man, average height) for a late checkout for one of my two rooms. I only requested two extra hours in a single room, yet he rudely refused in an unprofessional manner. The water park was not bad—it provided some entertainment, but it was not enough to make up for the poor service. Overall, I cannot recommend Tilya Resort Hotel. The unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of most of the staff overshadowed the few positives. Unless the management seriously improves its hospitality standards, especially in staff training, this hotel will continue to disappoint guests.
