Timberlake Hotel

This hotel was wonderful all around. The staff at the front desk, as well as in the breakfast area, are very kind. Breakfast had many good options. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. I wish there were more hotels like this one, because I would choose to stay here every time if I could. Loved it!

I was very surprised to find such a nice hotel in Staples. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the pool was fun, the service was amazing by all employees, and the breakfast changed slightly every day. I was very happy to stay here and I look forward to the next time we are in town.

Great hotel in general. Very clean. However there are somethings that cause it to lose some points. First late check out has to be asked in the morning so you have to wait to get it even though we stayed 3 nights we didn't get the chance to do a late check out because we had to ask morning staff. Second I am not sure if it was time of the year or the weekend we were there but there were a lot of people running around the third floor. Kids running up and down the hall, adults coming out of one room and going into another. All hours of the night. We even had a situation at about midnight were a young child tried to get into our room thinking it was his. The mom came out of one room and let the child into another. Just very a weird situation. Third not the biggest issue, the wifi was intermittent and would drop connection either during peak times of day or just randomly throughout the day. Fourth there were a lot of people in the pool area and it was kinda small. Not something that matters to me but just thought I should mention it. So in general I think it is a great hotel with a few issues but very clean. Like I said not sure about the kids running around all the time will have to stay again to see if it is just this time of year or if it is a common occurrence
