Time Square Boutique Hotel & Spa

If you're looking for a clean and convenient stopover in Alleppey, Time Square Boutique Hotel delivers on service and food—both of which are truly top-notch. The staff is courteous, and the food quality pleasantly exceeds expectations. That said, the rooms are smaller than advertised, and there's a noticeable lack of charger points (in our rooms, it did not work also), which is a bit inconvenient so check that before you finalise the stay. However, the space is well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable enough for a short stay, especially if you're planning to be out exploring most of the time.

One of the worst experience ever. Receptionist are so rude. And the breakfast timing is so much inconvenient like it's just for 1.30 mins. If we didn't wakeup for breakfast we are just gonna remain hungry. They don't even notify guests about the renovations and the last order will be at 7 pm. We went for dinner and they were like we are closed like what the hell kind of service are they giving?? Just the hotel name seems like 4 star other service is not even 1 star. Honest review❗️❗️❗️

I would never come back! We had two rooms. In one room there was very bad fungus on the back of the bathroom door. Unbelievable that they gave this room to a guest. This will make people sick. In the other room the AC was not working. They moved us apparently to better rooms. There the bed sheets were dirty. They had to change it three times until they found stainless ones. The staff changing the sheets are not trained at all. The bed sheets are too short for the bed. By morning you will be sleeping on the mattress. With this hygiene level you don't want that. The bathroom in the first floor was right above the kitchen. Its very hot in there with all the smells of the kitchen. Staff was very friendly but I think that's part ot this scam. I think a lot of people book this hotel because it's very central and there isn't any other hotel with this nice room. But the stat of the bathroom and hygiene are very bad and I'd rather stay a bit further away than here.
