Timeout Heritage Hotel Zagreb

We had to rebook our stay due to technical issues, so we ended up here. It's the perfect hotel for young people or parents with older children and I wouldn't recommend it for people with young children. They have a lovely lounge and rooftop garden where you can relax and enjoy a drink, but it makes you feel as if you're in a club. I didn't have any issues with sound or noise in my room. All in all a great experience and I'm going to remember it for when I might return to this beautiful country.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. It has the look and feel of a 5-star property, but at a much more affordable price, which already earns major points. The space is well maintained, the bed is comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the bar in the lobby adds a nice touch of charm to the experience. The details are simple but well executed — no luxury, but plenty of personality. Nothing here pretends to be more than it is, and that honesty makes it even better. The concept is clear, and the hotel delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, practicality, and great value for money.

Staff are nice and location is great but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. You are sleeping on top of a nightclub and the club and reception you walk through smells of cigarette smoke. Rooms are extremely basic and aircon does not work well in the room. If you open the windows you have very loud noises of a generator
