Disgusting, Decrepit, and Dangerously Overpriced – Avoid at All Costs! This so-called "service suite" is a complete nightmare—far from the decent accommodation I expected. The entire place is rundown, filthy, and falling apart. The air vents are caked in black mould, breathing in that air feels like a health hazard. And the toilet? The cover is cracked, held together with duct tape — how is that even safe to sit on? But the real horror? Cockroaches crawling all over the sofa — yes, you read that right. And if the bugs don’t make you run, the overpowering stench of stale smoke will. Even as a non-smoker, the room reeks like an ashtray, as if dozens of people chain-smoked here for years. To make matters worse, the WiFi is a joke —it cuts out completely at night, leaving you stranded with no connection. So much for getting any work done or even streaming to distract yourself from this dump. For the ridiculous weekend price they charge, this place is an absolute "scam". Save your money—and your sanity—and stay anywhere else. I wouldn’t wish this dump on my worst enemy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE to date. The bedsheets and blankets were not washed and were very smelly. I found cockroaches on the bedside. The air conditioner was not working. I tried to speak to the supervisor, Raiyan, who was absolutely rude and not helpful. He finally offered another room, but the condition of the room was no better than the previous one. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON’T MAKE MISTAKES STAYING HERE LIKE ME.

VERYYYYY terrible experience, no proper receptionist counter, need to call the number to check in, and then pay deposit rm 100. I want to prevent any problem so inform early in WhatsApp that I want to check out 7.30 am in the morning, the staff call me and said he will only be here at 10 am, ask me to return the key one day before if cannot make it at 10 am, and even question me why am I leaving in the morning.
