Tin Dragon Trail Cottages

This place was lovely. The cottage was so comfortable, warm and had everything you needed. You can enjoy walking anywhere on the property including platypus watching down at the river. It is an easy walk into town if you don’t feel like driving. We loved having a bath outside watching the stars and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. Would love to go back and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

There is so much to love about this place! The beautiful cottages, the quiet, peaceful location, the friendly Alpacas. The owner is wonderful and explained how things worked while dropping off a jar of homemade biscuts! The hot tub was brilliant and sitting back in the quiet, under the stars was a real treat! So many great places to take a picnic rug and relax next to the river. When people are passionate about what they're doing it really shines through and it's obvious that the owners really care about their property. We can't wait to return!

My most pleasant stay anywhere, ever. Perfect for those riding Derby too! We spent wonderful 3 nights here. The cottage was well equipped with fully functional kitchen and washing machine. It was amazing being able to return here after a day of mountain biking, wash our clothing, enjoy the spacious shower, and relax by the gas fireplace. The property is gorgeous and has a lovely little walking track by the river too. Highly recommend!
