The breathtaking panoramic views were a highlight, offering tranquil vistas from morning to sunset, creating a restorative atmosphere. We appreciated the available facilities, including a refreshing pool and a peaceful ambiance. Dining was a delight, with delicious meals enjoyed in the welcoming restaurant, always accompanied by stunning views. While offering a tranquil escape, the hotel also provided a convenient base for exploration. As a family, the spacious room and serene surroundings were comfortable and safe. I contacted the hotel promptly to explain the situation and politely asked if I could reschedule for alternative dates (even offering flexibility on timing). Unfortunately, they strictly enforced their cancellation policy and refused any alternative arrangements, resulting in a 100% loss of the booking cost. While I understand hotels have policies, I was disappointed by the complete lack of goodwill or effort to accommodate a genuine request. Future guests should be aware: if your plans change *for any reason*, this hotel appears unwilling to offer alternatives—even with advance notice. Ensure you’re comfortable assuming full financial risk before booking.
