Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms with a big balcony. Plenty of outlets for charging, a mini fridge, wifi, and a free breakfast. Away from the worst of the tourist center, the area offers a lot of smaller shops and restaurants. A side road to avoid, but the rest of the area was beyond safe. For my fellow foreigners, I will say this hotel does not allow the flushing of toilet paper. But don't let that deter you from its charm.
One of my greatest city breaks. Felita at breakfast bar, Nicolas( young lad with curly hair) and all staff. Were great in directing us to where to go, brilliant suggestions, friendly yet professional staff, very clean suitable for couples and families( not girls on their own, due to the locality of the hotel) very good location close to everything and in walking distance to most attractions plus airport bus service only 250 meters away. Plus ood metro service to the sea
I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff are really nice and the hotel is not too far from the city centre. It was my birthday and the staff gave me a nice present and were very friendly throughout my whole stay. The area is not the best unfortunately but during the daytime you can walk to the city centre. At night I would advise calling an uber back to the hotel and to not walk through the area especially for females.
