Tirta Arum

I stayed in this facility for 5 days. The staff is gentle, always available and attentive to the needs of their gests. There is a family atmosphere. They propose several organized tours of different special locations within the Island with their driver Agung (available and gentle guy). The rooms are nice and clean, with airconditioning, wifi, smart tv and air drayer. There is a nice infinity pool. They provide also laundry service (very useful especially for people that travel with a small laggage) and different kind of massages made by very professional people directly in your room. It is located 15 minutes walking from the busy Ubud, surrounded by nature, which makes it more chill, relaxing and faraway from the traffic and the noise. I really liked my time here, I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing three days here. The staff were the most lovely people ever and we felt very welcome. My partner actually organised a proposal in our villa and we are now engaged and Mira and the staff all helped my partner plan it. The place is immaculate and villa beautiful and spacious and clean. They have an onsite restaurant and do room service. They also have a free shuttle service down to the city centre and offer in room massages which just amazing! We are planning a yearly visit here because we loved it so much and and highly recommend to all. Ubud has sooo many cool things to do also!

Absolutely fantastic staff and service. Pool areas are beautiful and it has some serene elements (aside from all the construction at surrounding properties) but really the quality is not there for the cost. Some effort seriously to be put into the quality and cleanliness of linen, furniture etc. Lots of stains. This resort feels like it was once pristine and is now run down. Had issues with villa not locking properly, power going out etc. No beside lamps. Road in is extremely bumpy. Nowhere to put toiletries inside the shower other than the floor. Cleanliness of villa pool. Towels low quality etc. Everything needs a deep clean. We were overall disappointed for the cost and feel the owners are letting guests down. But thank you to the staff for looking after us.
