Lovely hotel with a lot of character, helpful staff and great comfortable bed. No breakfast yet within walking distance to great restaurants and easy access to Kraton. I'll be back for sure next time I'm in town

We liked our stay! Clean room, comfortable bed, 2 types of pillow each so you can choose between big or flat, nice bathroom. The garden is very nice, it’s really nice to be among so much green. The pool area is nice, with a lot of space to sit and watch the bats catch mosquitoes after sunset. There is a drinking water dispenser available. Only minus point: you can hear the neighbouring room quite distinctly, I sometimes thought someone was entering our room. And the staff starts working in the garden very early, with the blower to gather the leaves. Might be nice to do other work until at least 8 or 9 am. The location is very good, the street offers a lot of restaurants and cafes.

I visited this hotel 2 years ago and it looked great with a beautiful restaurant and nice reception in the outdoor joglo. This time i booked a junior suite and found myself cornered between 2 external wall. No more garden access, just a view on dying plants. Breakfast in the room and I was served nuggets and sausage for the continental option, it was not even edible. The sheets were dirty, the towels were tore up and dirty, no A/c in the suite outside of the room. When you arrive at midnight you have to wait 15 mins for them to prepare the room….. This place could be a gem but unfortunately it seems that they might experience Some revenue issues not allowing them to deliver a solid 4 star experience. This said the garden is magical and the location perfect for vacations.
