We had an amazing week at Tisia Hotel in June! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The deluxe room was spacious and perfect for us, especially for our daughter who uses a powered wheelchair. She had plenty of room to move around comfortably. We rented a hoist, and it worked perfectly. The rooms were clean, large, and very comfortable. A big highlight was the restaurant—the staff were so kind and always made sure we were seated comfortably. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Overall, we highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s very accessible for wheelchair users.
We have been coming here for a few years every autumn. This year a big change. Very reduced food selection. We don't mind that but the quality is poor. Worse than fast food. We have never had worse coffee. The spa is full of pensioners who have towels and bags even on free loungers. If you don't come at the beginning of opening hours, you won't find a free place. We were there on weekdays. We were very disappointed this year.
The service is really poor for a hotel this caliber. Not well trained and couldn't care less. We mostly just got the responses to say "I don't know" for questions or concerns. The food is not consistent from one day to the next and they seem to serve dry and old dessert on a daily basis. The breakfast selection is not great. The rooms are generally OK and clean, but don't go expecting to have even instant coffee in your room, unless you get a "deluxe" room. Once again, ridiculous for a 4* hotel. Lastly, only stay over the weekend if you enjoy super loud obnoxious live music every evening, audible at all the social areas of the hotel. On a positive note the thermal pools are nice, and so are the wellness facilities. Then again, you can visit the pool without staying at the hotel. Overall, I can't recommend staying at this hotel at all.
