This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was in a luxury resort. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. My suite was large and elegant, with a comfortable seating area, a large bed, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless. I enjoyed the hotel’s rooftop bar, which offered breathtaking views and delicious cocktails. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, with fresh pastries, eggs made to order, and a variety of hot and cold dishes. I also appreciated the gym and spa facilities, which allowed me to relax after a busy day. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
Great Location, really nice room with a window you could open for fresh air facing a quiet back area. People working there were super nice and helpful and the breakfast was great as well. Definitely recommend.
We had a pleasant stay at the Titanic Hotel in Berlin. The staff were polite and professional, and the rooms – as well as the rest of the hotel – were very clean and well-maintained. The SPA area was excellent: clean, relaxing, and the staff there were also very respectful and helpful. I really appreciated the atmosphere there. The breakfast was very good. If you book it separately, it costs €25 per person, which I think is a fair price for the quality and variety offered. The only downside was that the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which should definitely be improved. We booked our room via booking.com, where it was clearly mentioned that the SPA was included. However, upon arrival, we were told that this offer only applies to bookings made directly through the hotel’s website. Because of this inconsistency, I’m giving the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Another small issue was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived for check-in – it was still being cleaned. However, the hotel staff made up for the delay by offering us free access to the SPA for one day and a complimentary drink, which we really appreciated. These gestures helped balance out the inconvenience. The price was reasonable, and the location of the hotel is also quite convenient for getting around the city. Overall, I would say this is a solid choice if you’re visiting Berlin.
