Have a fabulous stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location for all the main tourist sites in the city centre. The staff especially Lily were all very friendly and helpful. What food I had in the Hotel was very good and reasonably priced for this type of hotel. Would highly recommend if visiting Berlin.
We spent a week at this hotel while we explored Berlin. The location was perfect for us - within walking distance of the U-bahn and S-bahn stations and close to Museum Island. The hotel is very smart and stylish without being forbidding. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, although a little on the small side with not quite enough room for two suitcases. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff did a great job of keeping things stocked even when it was busy.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the service in the breakfast area. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly each morning. It was a lovely way to start the day.
