Services were upto the mark of their staff members. Very comfortable. But the receptionist tried to charge an extra tariff than their actual tariff. I said it is written less on the website and he immediately agreed and said sorry. You have to be careful.

1 of the best hotels I have visited. The rooms are spacious and clean, delicious extensive breakfast with a view over Slemani. I am at a loss for words about the staff, what fantastic respectful people from the reception to the cleaners, you are fantastic people and thank you very much for the good service

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good, but it was $130 a night, our room had no window (just a small one high up near the ceiling). When I tried to shower, the water was cold, we called reception, and it took about an hour to get hot water. The door had no lock or peephole, and no fire alarm. At checkout, they charged $7 for the minibar even though we didn’t take anything. The receptionist said maybe someone else ate it, maybe the staff ate it! but since it was missing, we still had to pay? It made no sense. Overall, it was okay, but definitely overpriced for the experience.
