Guesthouse, Clarens Our recent stay at the Titanic View guesthouse in Clarens was nothing short of magical. Nestled beneath the imposing beauty of the Titanic Rock, this guesthouse offers an unforgettable blend of tranquility, comfort, and charm. The gardens are exquisitely maintained—bursting with color and life—and provide a peaceful sanctuary that perfectly complements the spectacular mountain backdrop. The accommodation itself is sublime: stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail carefully considered. The owner’s warmth and impeccable attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, elevating the entire experience. Located just a short stroll from the heart of the village, the guesthouse is perfectly positioned to explore Clarens’ delightful restaurants, shops, and art galleries. We visited during the Clarens Art Festival and enjoyed an eclectic mix of music, art exhibitions, and insightful talks—a cultural treat! Without hesitation, we’ll be returning for next year’s festival—and there’s no doubt we’ll be booking Titanic View again. A true gem in one of South Africa’s most enchanting towns.

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway at Titanic View Our week-long stay at Titanic View was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and incredible hospitality. The service was outstanding—attentive, thoughtful, and truly made us feel right at home. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing escape. Every detail of our stay was well thought out, making it clear how much care the hosts put into creating a wonderful experience for their guests. To top it all off, there were the cutest dogs on-site that made our time even more memorable. If you’re an animal lover, their friendly presence is the cherry on top of an already perfect stay. We can’t recommend Titanic View enough! It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy excellent service, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. We’ll definitely be back! Aprile and Luke

Wonderful! Located quite at the beginning of Clarens, but closer to the forest and away from noisy roads. We had a wonderful stay - this place provided everything we needed. We would definitely try to book a room with Mountain View next time as it wasn’t available this time, but on the plus side: the place we had seemed to be the most private & secluded one, as it was a single cottage without direct neighbors.
