Titilaka is an exceptional retreat that redefines luxury at Lake Titicaca. Nestled on a private peninsula, the hotel offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the lake, creating an atmosphere of serene isolation and connection with nature. The suites are spacious, elegantly designed, and perfectly equipped for comfort, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ever-changing colors of the lake. Every detail, from the bedding to the locally crafted decor, reflects thoughtful curation and authenticity. Service is outstanding—personalized, intuitive, and genuinely warm. The all-inclusive experience is flawless, with gourmet cuisine highlighting Andean flavors, expertly prepared and paired with fine wines. Activities are tailor-made, from sunrise boat rides to immersive cultural excursions with local communities. Titilaka isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experience that blends luxury, nature, and cultural richness in perfect harmony.

This place was magical!! The experience and excursions are included in the price and the team goes above and beyond. Also the food and drinks are included and the team was amazing. The tour guides are so well versed in local traditions and culture. Abel was great on our excursions he k ew so much!! Albert shared his story and experience. And all of the team in the restaurant were excellent!!

Stunning location on Lake Titicaca and truly excellent food—the picnic lunches and departure day boxed lunch were standouts. Staff were warm and helpful, and quickly resolved an issue with our reservation. That said, service felt more reactive than proactive—we didn’t experience the thoughtful, anticipatory touches we’ve come to expect from other Relais & Châteaux properties. The room (Dawn Room) was a letdown: very small, with little space for luggage, no bedside tables, and just a narrow shelf behind the bed that we kept knocking things off of. The large bathtub in the middle of the room felt impractical, especially with no bath amenities provided. While the bathroom lighting and layout were great, the overall room design felt awkward and not well thought out for two people. Excursions were well-organized and scenic, but the property is quite remote and there’s little to do beyond what the hotel offers. Alcohol and minibar items were included but basic—anything premium cost extra. Overall, a beautiful setting, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
