Tiva del Mar Beach Hotel

Hotel is OK, clean, rooms are spatious ,room service every day. lot of food practically anytime you want,quality of food is high standard: lot of vegetable, fruit ,fish ,chicken and pork. Sweet lovers should be content also.I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung. Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills.those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience.but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself is relatively OK. It's the guests themselves, who can ruin the experiences. Mainly intellectually challenged visitors from Romania, with the latter being so full of themselves it's unbelievable. They act and treat others like pieces of you know what for no apparent reason - but it's quite usual in a country where the good person is the one with the more expensive car, not the one, who's humble. Check yourselves. Good stuff: Good location The rooms we had were very spacious. We had no issues with the food (all inclusive), but we were always amongst the first people coming for each meal. Kid's corner Pools (but the water might be cold for someone) The sea was crystal clear and very warm. Bad stuff: Dangerous items in the rooms (see photos). The rooms have no soundproofing and hotel does not require its guests to keep quiet during night time, so if there is a billiard party or a pool party during the evening, you won't get much sleep. The staff does not intervene to keep the noise levels acceptable, some staff members even join the party. "Apartment with one bedroom" is not always suitable to accommodate 3 people, as some of the sofas in the living room are just 120 cm wide. Even a bed for small children is 70! I believe this can be resolved by requesting an additional bed at the reception. Smoking was permitted during breakfast / lunch / dinner time, which is something I find absolutely disgusting. This is a throwback to Soviet Russia. There was lack of cutlery at times, too many people for the staff to serve.

Terrible. The communication from this place is terrible. They owe me a substantial amount of money. No response to email from reception or the management. If you want somewhere with decent communication don't go near this place
