I had the pleasure of staying at Tivoli this summer and I could not have asked for a better experience. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent: generous portions, great variety, and everything was of very high quality. Every dish I tried was fresh and delicious. There are many things to like in the hotel, but what stood out the most was the service. The staff were truly exceptional, attentive, professional, and always present without being intrusive. They made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my entire stay. My stay at this hotel was a 5-star experience in every way. I highly recommend Tivoli Amsterdam and would return without a doubt.

If judging by the rooms, this is at best a 2-star hotel. I had to jump over my suitcase every time I needed to get to my side of the bed, there was nowhere else to put the luggage. Walls are made of paper. We heard the couple next door having a argument as if it was happening in our bathroom. Breakfast attendants were very nice and very helpful.
