One of the best hotel experiences we've had! We stayed here for four days during a chess tournament and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, tastefully designed, and exuded luxury and comfort—perfect for both relaxation and preparation. The property itself spans nearly six acres, offering a beautifully maintained campus with multiple banquet halls ideal for events of any scale. The service was prompt and courteous, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay both seamless and memorable. One thing adds more value is Gym and common working office space.

I would like to share my experience with this property, starting with the excellent assistance provided by Ms. Pragati. She managed our corporate booking seamlessly, understanding our needs and always offering helpful support. Additionally, the restaurant staff, including Kashi, Bibha, and the rest of the team, were always available and provided top-notch service, offering delicious food throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. We now prefer this property over other hotels due to the exceptional service we consistently receive. The property itself is always neat and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The food is truly scrumptious, and every meal was a delightful experience. 😋

The property itself is undeniably impressive thoughtfully curated interiors and well-planned infrastructure give it a polished and premium feel. The ambiance reflects attention to detail, making the first impression quite promising. However, the experience starts to fall apart with the service. The staff, although polite, are painfully slow, which becomes frustrating especially when you're on a tight schedule. What truly disappoints is the in-house restaurant. The food quality is abysmal and far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast buffet, in particular, is a major letdown, not only is the spread extremely limited, but the taste and quality are poor. To add salt to the wound, the pricing is steep, making it feel like a bad deal all around. In summary, while the infrastructure deserves appreciation, the overall hospitality and culinary experience are severely lacking. Consider this hotel only if you're left with no better options in Delhi ; it works in an emergency, but certainly not worth prioritizing otherwise.
