Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort

We booked this hotel through Jet2 Indulgent Escapes and it’s safe to say we will be returning! Comfortably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everything is immaculate from the lobby to the bedrooms and beautiful gardens. Our room was a ‘partial sea view’ but we had a very clear view of the sea from our balcony. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a huge bed and amazing shower. Breakfast was a treat with so many fresh things to choose from every morning. The staff were kind enough to bring me a fresh avocado on two occasions. We had lunch at Guilty pool bar every day; the nachos were a highlight. The choice and quality of poolside drinks was also superb. Everything was faultless.

We stayed for 4 days to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me organize a special surprise, they decorated our room beautifully and even arranged for a bottle of wine. They also helped set up a lovely dinner at the beach restaurant with live music, which made the evening truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is new, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The grande buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. everything we tried was fresh and tasty. We also had dinner at the fish restaurant one night, and it was just as amazing. The staff there were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Thank you for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, clean and luxurious and we ended up not even going to the beach because the pool areas were so comfortable (with great cocktails!). The staff is very warm and helpful, whether it was the Consierge, reception or staff at the pool and they remembered it was my birthday and left a cute little surprise in my room. Breakfast has a lot of healthy options and is quite varied. Everyone in my group had an amazing time here and we hope to be back soon :)
