Hotel Tivoli is a standout property in the heart of São Paulo—elegant, comfortable, and well-located without feeling overly flashy. It’s walking distance to great shopping and dining, making it especially convenient if you’re in town for work or leisure (or both). The Room My room was spacious, with sweeping city views and—perhaps most importantly for me—excellent air conditioning. A real win for anyone who likes to keep their room fridge-level cold. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, and plush towels. Flip flops are also provided, which is standard for many luxury hotels in Brazil but still a nice touch. The turndown service was a small but appreciated detail after long days of meetings. The Rooftop One of the hotel’s best features is the rooftop restaurant and bar. It’s also where breakfast is served, and the views are worth waking up for. The space is beautifully designed—sophisticated but not stiff—and offers a great perspective over São Paulo’s skyline. Breakfast is classic Brazilian: a buffet with fresh fruit, breads, pastries, cold cuts, juices, and solid coffee. You can also order à la carte items like omelets, tapioca, or specialty coffees if you want something made to order. The Service Staff across the board were warm, helpful, and professional. From check-in to restaurant service, everything felt smooth and attentive without being overdone.
We held a two day conference at the Tivoli in July. The team was amazing to work with starting with contracting with Joao Pedro Lima. From there we were assigned a great event manager in Amanda Pisani. Her team was incredible and were instrumental in our event’s success. The hotel was also amazing. The rooms, restaurants, and pool are incredible. I would highly recommend this property
Service and food were excellent. Hotel was probably built in the 1960’s or 1970’s. Outside of building shows some wear and tear. Room walls not sound proofed. Can hear talking and water running from other rooms. Though area is near restaurants there is a homeless problem in the streets. I guess the same as most big cities. Streets little dirty with trash. The art museum a block away was interesting.
