The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Antonella, the restaurant manager, whose warm hospitality and insightful recommendations on food and wine elevated every meal. Her knowledge and passion added so much value to our dining experience. The concierge team also deserves a special mention—they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive, offering excellent suggestions and making every request feel seamless. Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi offers not only a stunning setting but also a team that genuinely cares. It was a truly memorable experience, and we look forward to returning.

A little late on the review, but my husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last July and we’ve been reminiscing and talking about our stay nonstop! Of all the places we’ve traveled to and stayed, our experience here was one of the best. Management & staff were so friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The courtyard where we had our breakfast every morning was so beautiful! The room and bed were comfy & very clean & the bathroom was beautiful. Location was great, very close to the train station and main sites but on a quiet street. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. I hope we can take a trip back to Florence and stay here.

The staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and always ready to help. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful suggestions for local dining and sightseeing, their hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. Breakfast was another highlight: a rich buffet featuring both Italian and international options, all fresh and delicious, served in a lovely historic room.
