Tizé Village

I was on vacation in Tize appartments reserved via Booking and I am dissaponted by provided service. When we made check in and came to appartment at 5 o'clock there were no sheets on beds neither towels. So I went back to reception and they said they will bring it. I went to pool. There you need to swim with hat and no hats were avaliable to purchase. After 2 hours sheets were still not there. I have called reception and they said they will bring it in 30 minutes. Nothing happened so I called again. Again they said they will bring it and still nothing all day. Then I went on reception again, trully dissapointed by service and unprofessional behaviour and demanded that they provide me service which I paid for. At 22 o'clock I came back from city and only one bed had sheets on it, the other sheets were just laying on the other bed. Again unprofessionally and on top of that there were no sheets for pillow! The dish was dirty and we did not have any cooking pan - just one big (6l) pot in which I was unable to make some eggs or something for breakfast. And there was unhealthy mud on wall behind small TV as well! With right management I believe that is easy to solve and experience would be on whole different level. And WiFi didn’t work in that time.

To start off the reception service was terrible as most of the people there did not have any knowledge or very basic knowledge of English. Secondly once we arrived in our room we were disappointed to find dirty floors beds and bug-filled rooms. Once settled in we went to the pool which wasn't that bad of an experience, however once we arrived at dinner the lack of diversity of the food was shocking to say the least and the quality extremely low. The during-meal entertainment was also extremely poor as it was just loud and bad singing from what I think are guests. That was my personal experience with the hotel and I hope they fix it!!!!

First of all this place is 2 stars, not 4 and you can really feel it: we payed for bedsheets and towels which we didn't get, i had to go to the reception 4 times in order to finally get them. Our apartment wasn't ready till 6pm and the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. The facilities (pool, mini golf, football pitch) are there, but not really maintained. Finally, for a kids-friendly place we found out strange that there are no smoking restrictions, so if you're in a public area, there's a high chance that someone's smoking next to you. Oh and the food in the restaurant is mediocre at best.
