I had a great experience staying at TM Apart Hotel! The staff were incredibly supportive and always ready to help. I want to especially thank Tatia at the reception—she is highly professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her excellent customer service truly stood out. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient for both short and long stay . I highly recommend TM Apart Hotel for anyone looking for relax hotel .
Staff were amazing & rooms spacious! Internet is a disaster there they had issues they kept changing my room daily:( i didnt like the over all vibe honestly..
I had a reservation for a standard room at TM Apart Hotel in Tbilisi, confirmed in advance. However, upon arriving late at night with my two children, I was informed that the room I booked was unavailable. Instead, I was offered a two-bedroom flat at 200 GEL, without breakfast—far exceeding my original booking's price. This was highly inconvenient, unprofessional, and not what I expected from this hotel. The situation caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling cheated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. Please beware of potential mismanagement and false promises.
