Tmark Hotel Vaticano

Stayed at the TMark Hotel Vaticano for 3 days while in Rome. It was wonderful! Rooms and spaces were clean and inviting. I loved that the Vatican was across the street and most other places were easy to walk to. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a great view of the Vatican Museum. The downside to being across the Vatican is that there are a lot of touristy restaurants and men trying to push scarves on you so you can cover up your shoulders, but they can be easily avoided if you just ignore them. The main reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because the service is excellent. All of the people working the front desk are so kind and helpful. They let us store our bags until we could check in and they answered all of our questions about the surroundind area. I would definitely stay at the TMark again.

Olga, at the reception was a wonderful help greeting us and providing us with helpful tips. We loved the location right across the Vatican Museum. Our accommodation included a terrace just across from our room. Shower was the best we ever had in Europe. Bed was slightly on the hard side but very comfortable. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Location wonderful. Rooms sizable and well appointed and clean. Service was ok but - well for example they sent emails prior to arrival about being able to set up taxis/excursions for us. When I emailed back asking about these they acted like I had no idea what they were talking about. At the hotel I asked if they could arrange to have a taxi large enough for the 4 of us and luggage to pick us up at 9 am. The front desk responded that there was a taxi stand outside and if one didn’t come let him know about 1 min prior and he could summon one. I just decided to arrange it myself. Other than that it was a great location right across from the Vatican museum entrance.
